Listings & sold history
Foothill homes for sale, and the system behind every one we sell.
Active inventory changes every week in El Dorado County, so the current list is best watched live on our listing page at sierraproperties.com/listing. Then come back here to understand how a Zeller listing actually gets sold: that is where the advantage shows up.
The Zeller market
The kinds of properties we live for.
Thirty-five years and thousands of homes, concentrated where the foothills get interesting: acreage in the $300,000 to $1,000,000 range across Placerville, Diamond Springs, Cameron Park, Shingle Springs, Rescue, and Camino.
Foothill acreage
Homes on land with wells, septic, and space, the heart of the Zeller market since 1965.
Mountain & timber homes
Camino, Pollock Pines, and the high towns: snow-country houses with real fireplaces.
Family & estate properties
Generational homes, ranch houses, and properties that need the county file decoded.
Photos shown are examples of the property types we represent, not specific active listings. Current inventory is published live on the links above.
The Zeller listing standard
What every property we list gets, without asking.
Photography that sells
Homes are shot at the right hour, with the property's light, size, and foothill setting shown honestly. Truth photographs better than airbrushing.
Evidence pricing
Every listing starts with the numbers the market will pay, not the number a website suggests. Overpriced listings pay for their mistake; ours do not.
Paperwork airtight
Disclosures, well and septic records, fire-zone documentation, and the county file, organized before the sign goes up.
Negotiation to the net
We manage offers, credits, and repairs toward the number that lands in your account, not the one printed on the offer sheet.
The sold side of the sign
Thousands of homes sold. Every one of them a story.
Since 1965, Zeller Real Estate has closed thousands of foothill transactions: first homes, family farms, estates handled after a loss, and properties nobody else could get out of a hard situation.
Sold histories live on our Zillow and Realtor.com profiles, where the pattern is there to read. Our favorite metric is not the count, it is the client who thought they would get nothing and walked away with their equity intact.
